A Northampton County man is facing charges for luring what he believed to be an 11-year-old girl with her mother to a hotel for sex.
Ryan Holota, 30, was arrested Tuesday at a Quakertown hotel where he planned to meet a minor and the minor’s mother, according to a federal criminal complaint. Both the minor and the mother were played by a federal agent.
