COOPERSBURG, Pa. – Troop 364 in Coopersburg is still dealing with the aftermath of a crash that destroyed their trailer back in November.
“I got a phone call Sunday morning, November 9th. It was that our trailer was unfortunately involved in an accident. Fortunately, no one was hurt. And when I asked if the trailer was salvageable, I was told no, unfortunately it wouldn’t be,” committee chair Matt Woodruff said.
The trailer was used to haul gear for monthly campouts and scout activities. Leaders say most of their equipment, like propane stoves and camping gear, was not inside at the time of the crash…
