Plane makes emergency landing on I-78 in eastern Pa.

WEISENBERG TWP., LEHIGH COUNTY (WBRE/WYOU) — A plane was forced to land on Interstate 78 in Lehigh County Saturday morning.

According to Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) Public Information Officer Trooper Nathan Bronosky on X, two people were on board a plane that landed safely on I-78 East near Mile Marker 45 in Weisenberg Township.

PSP say in a release the plane was piloted by a 65-year-old Michigan man and he was accompanied by 34-year-old New Jersey woman…
