PHILLIPSBURG, NJ — The Phillipsburg Police Department is investigating an illegal dumping incident and seeking the public’s help to identify those responsible.
On April 4, 2026, at approximately 12:23 p.m., a white Dodge Ram 1500 with an unknown New Jersey license plate, tinted windows and a tinted upper windshield allegedly dumped garbage and debris without the property owner’s consent in the 1000 block of Green Street.
