Bistro 1015 will host its grand opening celebration on this month at the Quakertown Farmers Market in a weekend event featuring a ribbon-cutting ceremony, signature menu items, and a gift card contest, the historic upper Bucks County market said in a news release.
The ribbon-cutting is scheduled for 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 25, kicking off a two-day celebration. The new restaurant describes its vision as fresh food, elevated, with the tagline “where every bite has a backstory.”
