RICHLAND TWP., Pa. (EYT) — A 56-year-old Emlenton man is in jail after state police accused him of strangling a woman during a dispute over a damaged vehicle.
The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. on April 22 at a residence on West Home Road in Richland Township. According to the criminal complaint, Trooper Justin Marvin and another officer from the Franklin state police barracks met the victim at a Sheetz in Cranberry Township after Joseph Thomas Young reportedly left her there.
