Gregg Township, Pa. — A 24-year-old Allentown man was charged for allegedly punching and knocking another man unconscious at White Deer Run treatment facility in Allenwood.
According to Pennsylvania State Police at Milton, Hanif Rykeish Townes got into a physical fight on March 24 with a 28-year-old victim at the Union County rehab facility.
Trooper Robert Smith reviewed video footage of the incident and saw that Townes struck the victim in the face with a fist, causing him to lose consciousness, according to the affidavit. The victim then fell to the ground and hit his head on the concrete…
