Ali Muhammad Shabazz, 35, of Lithia Springs, is accused of pointing a gun at a man during a road rage incident on June 8 at 10:39 a.m. at the intersection of Old Floyd Road and Veterans Memorial Highway in Mableton, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
The victim was exiting a parking lot in his vehicle and narrowly missed a collision with Shabazz’s vehicle. The victim conducted a U-turn and followed Shabazz to the intersection and honked his horn. The victim pulled his vehicle up to the right side of Shabazz’s vehicle at the stop light. As the victim came to a stop, Shabazz had a pistol drawn and was pointing it at the victim, according to the warrant.
Shabazz is charged with pointing gun or pistol – dangerous instrument and practices. He was arrested on June 8 at 11:19 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
