Justin Albert Clark, 49, of Atlanta, is accused of refusing to leave Wellstar Cobb Hospital after being discharged on June 9 at 12:05 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department. As Clark was being escorted outside, he began to physically resist the security officers. When he was taken outside, Clark was able to free himself from their grasp and threw a punch at an officer, according to the warrant.
The arrest warrant lists him as Justin Albert Clark, but the jail records list him as Justine Albert Clark.
