Before opening its doors at Alpharetta City Center later this summer, Amasa Mexican Kitchen is giving the community an exclusive preview through a three-night pop-up series at The Standard in downtown Alpharetta on July 13, July 20 and July 27, 2026.
Taking over The Standard on Mondays, Amasa will bring its team, hospitality, signature dishes and beverage program to the space for an immersive preview of what’s to come. Guests will have the opportunity to experience the restaurant’s Baja-inspired, seafood-forward menu, handcrafted margaritas and welcoming atmosphere weeks before the official opening.
