Toll Brothers will begin selling homes from its new Alpharetta community, Kennemore, this fall.
The Forsyth County development will feature single-family homes from two collections on estate-sized homesites. Homes from the Highlands Collection will range from 3,674 to 4,423 square feet and are expected to start around $1.1 million, while homes from the Reserve Collection will span 3,677 to 5,073 square feet and will likely start around $1.4 million.
Residences will have open-concept living areas, basement options and two- or three-car garages. Community amenities will include a resort-style clubhouse, pool, playground, tennis and pickleball courts and walking trails.
