A Canton man has been arrested after Cherokee Sheriff’s Office representatives say he damaged property at a pool in the Bridgemill subdivision.
According to the sheriff’s office, at 8 a.m. Sunday, CSO deputies responded to a “damage” call at the Bridgemill subdivision pool after it was discovered that someone had caused significant damage to the pool area overnight.
Upon arrival, deputies found that windows at the concession stand had been shattered, beer bottles had been broken across the pool deck and graffiti had been spray-painted in multiple locations, CSO reported. Deputies determined forced entry had been made into a building there, a fire extinguisher was sprayed into the pool and the sinks were stopped up and running in an attempt to flood the bathroom…
