A new hotel development may soon be going up near Wellstar Kennestone Regional Medical Center, city documents show.
Zoning documents released this week proposed rezoning more than two and a half acres along North Avenue near the hospital for a six-story hotel with a banquet hall, grocery store, coffee shop and a rooftop restaurant.
