Corner Sushi & Hibachi has opened in Roswell, adding a Japanese restaurant with both a specialty sushi selection and cooked meals for diners who prefer hibachi, teriyaki or noodles.
The restaurant was among metro Atlanta’s August openings and occupies Suite 1370 at 1425 Market Boulevard.
The sushi bar reaches beyond familiar rolls. Its two-piece signature nigiri selections include amberjack with lime zest and yuzu, yellowtail with truffle soy and fried scallion, and Hokkaido scallop with charcoal salt, each priced at $10.99.
