MILTON, Ga. — Milton residents who say they feel disrespected by city council members during and after public comment sessions took to the council’s podium Sept. 21 to air those concerns.
Resident Laura Bentley said the last council meeting and the actions of one council member in particular prompted her to speak out.
At that Sept. 9 meeting, Lindsay DeFranco, a Democratic candidate for the District 47 seat in the Georgia House of Representatives, spoke to council members during public comment about her opposition to Flock Safety cameras in Milton.
