Site work is underway on a new neighborhood beside Cumming City Center, where Toll Brothers plans a mix of townhomes and detached houses with sales expected to begin in spring 2027.
Cloverhill at Cumming City Center is being developed at 519 Canton Road, putting future residents within walking distance of the City Center’s restaurants, shops, amphitheater and public gathering spaces.
The community will be divided into three collections. Alder will offer three-story townhomes of more than 1,900 square feet, with prices anticipated to begin in the mid-$500,000s.
