Suspect booked in deadly Gwinnett ambush as neighbors stay uneasy

Nearly a month after four people ambushed a man at an apartment complex near Buford, one suspect is in jail and a neighbor who covered his wife during the gunfire says he feels less secure.

Eimod Sanchez Toboris Taylor, 22, was booked into the Gwinnett County Jail on Wednesday evening, according to jail records. He is charged with felony murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during a felony.

Arrest warrants say Taylor and three others ambushed the man at his vehicle on Laurel Crossing Parkway between 6:30 and 7 a.m. Sept. 5. The warrants say they took his jewelry and wallet and that Taylor carried an AR-style pistol…
