Kevin Demond Milton, 23, of Marietta, is accused of presenting a counterfeit $100 bill bearing the words “For Motion Picture Use Only” as U.S. currency when purchasing a pizza on Aug. 11 at 9 p.m. at Big Pie in the Sky, 2090 Baker Road, Kennesaw, according to an arrest warrant from the Kennesaw Police Department.
Milton is charged with forgery – first degree; and theft by deception – less than $1,500. Milton was arrested on Sept. 16 at 10:22 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
