A Duluth officer who pulled over a swerving SUV expecting a drunk driver instead found a man on his way home from dialysis with his blood sugar crashing, body camera video shows.
A driver following the SUV north on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard called 911 around 2 p.m. on Oct. 12 to report it driving erratically past Pleasant Hill Road.
