FORSYTH COUNTY, Ga. — The Forsyth County Planning Commission on Oct. 27 recommended rezoning for two commercial projects that would bring office, retail, restaurant and daycare space to north Forsyth County.
Matt 3970 LLC is proposing the projects at 3970 and 3670 Matt Highway, less than a mile west of Coal Mountain. The sites are less than half a mile apart.
The company was formed in Georgia in 2022 and lists a principal office in Kerrville, Texas, according to state records…
