ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A fatal crash involving a tractor-trailer had a portion of I-285 shut down for several hours Friday morning in DeKalb County. A tractor-trailer was reportedly on a smaller street when it hit the guardrail, slid down a hill and onto part of I-285, killing the driver. No other vehicles were involved.
