ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Gwinnett County police are asking for the public’s help in locating a missing 13-year-old girl. Sandy Michelle Soto was last seen at her home on Welford Road in unincorporated Suwanee around 11:45 p.m. on Sunday, April 21, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
