The granddaughter of a famous Black activist that was murdered by the KKK has been reported missing for several days from her Georgia home. The Evers family said Nicole “Niki” Evers-Everette has been missing from her apartment in Duluth since Sept. 22. The last time she spoke with family was to her mother Reena Evers-Everette around 5:55 p.m. that day.
