An intense manhunt is currently underway in Atlanta after a murder suspect escaped custody while receiving medical treatment at Grady Memorial Hospital. Carwon Marqavious Redding, a 32-year-old man facing felony murder and drug-related charges, managed to evade the authorities last Friday afternoon, prompting a city-wide search operation. According to FOX 5 Atlanta, law enforcement officials stated that Redding was originally detained by MARTA Police connected to a homicide that took place on April 14.
