ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A man and a woman have been arrested in connection to the death of a 23-year-old in Social Circle. Rosalynn Ellison, 19, and Jevhon Reece, 20, face charges of murder, armed robbery, conspiracy, aggravated assault and possession of a firearm, according to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI).
