ATLANTA – Court is due back on Monday in Georgia’s longest-running criminal trial, as the potential for a mistrial looms over the proceedings. However, 11Alive reporters at court said media and the public were not being admitted into court as of around 8:30 a.m. It’s unclear if that will change, if media will be allowed in when Judge Paige Reese Whitaker is ready to address the court on the mistrial question, or whether the matter will continue to drag out into this week.
