ALPHARETTA, Ga. – The Alpharetta City Council approved a unique residential project that will convert aging office buildings into 160 townhomes. The council unanimously approved zoning and plan amendments to allow Providence Group to construct the high-density homes on about 10 acres at 3750 Brookside Parkway.
