Justin Clifford Millette, 38, of Acworth, and Sara Millette of Acworth, are accused of using a 92-year-old man’s Bank of America accounts and taking funds for their own personal gain between June 12, 2024 and March 3, 2025 at an Acworth residence, according to arrest warrants from the Acworth Police Department.
The pair purchased subscriptions to the Playstation Network, Shopgoodwill.com, Hulu and Ebay along with animal hospital visits, Petco store purchases, a Planet Fitness membership and large withdrawals. The pair control and have access to the victim’s bank accounts and have amassed unpaid bills for loans, credit card debt and utility payments under the victim’s name. The pair used the victim’s Visa Signature credit card for online purchase without limitation for gifts, clothes, comic bookstore purchases, fast food and retail gaming store, according to the warrants.
They are also accused of creating deplorable and unsafe conditions at the home by keeping dirty laundry, clothes, papers, trash bags full of clothes and other items scattered around the floor of the house, in the hallway, living room, kitchen, house entrance and garage.
