DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The mother of a DeKalb County man is pleading for justice after her 26-year-old son, Emile Fields-Marshall, was shot and killed last Friday. Police have arrested two suspects, but two gunmen remain at large.
Fields-Marshall was shot in the chest in the 6000 block of Covington Highway, in the back of an auto body shop. His family rushed him to the hospital, but he did not survive.
“He has the biggest smile and the best personality,” his mother, Andrea Fields, said through tears. “This is not supposed to be. I held him. He’s mine, and now he’s God’s.”…
