ICE: Man accused of killing Marietta woman identified as ‘non-citizen’

ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A spokesman for the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Atlanta field office said Thursday the 21-year-old man accused of killing a Marietta woman in mid-March has been identified as a “non-citizen” of the United States.

Hector David Sagastume Rivas faces charges of felony murder and aggravated assault for allegedly killing 52-year-old Camilia Williams.

Cobb County Jail records list Rivas’ birthplace as Honduras, but it’s unclear what his current immigration status is. Atlanta News First is working with ICE for clarification…
