ATLANTA — Loved ones of a man killed in the tragic Delta TechOps incident last year have filed a lawsuit against the airline, claiming negligence.
Luis Aldarondo, 37, of Newnan, was one of the two Delta employees who died in the August 27 incident at the Delta wheel and brake shop. The suit was filed last week in Gwinnett County by the mother of Aldarondo’s children.
It claims the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) investigation determined that “certain actions and/or inaction of Delta Air Lines, Inc. contributed to or caused the resulting death.”…
