Corey Franklin Smith, 49, of Yulee, Florida, is accused of threatening to kidnap a 10-year-old girl in a Facebook post on April 5 at 6:16 a.m. at an apartment in The Preserve at Terrell Mill Apartments in Marietta, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Smith also informed the girl’s mother that she had one week before he went to jail for a long time causing her to be in fear for her life. Smith was operating a black Dodge Ram while under the influence of suspected methamphetamine, according to the warrant.
Smith is charged with terroristic threats; and drugs – DUI. He was arrested on April 5 at 7:07 a.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
