A Canton man convicted of rape has been sentenced to 25 years in prison, the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office announced.
On April 24, Superior Court Judge Jennifer Davis sentenced Ryan Daniel Borden, 29, of Canton, to 25 years in prison without the possibility of parole, followed by life on probation with sex offender special conditions.
