Javon Lionel Page, 38, of Powder Springs, is accused of punching the victim in the back of the head, causing him to fall to the ground and inflicting a large laceration that partially separated his left ear from his head on April 21 at 8:30 a.m. at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.
