Meet Miss Ruby! This cuddly 165-pound Rottweiler is patiently waiting for her “furever” home. According to the Dekalb Animal Services in Georgia, Miss Ruby was an owner surrender who reluctantly had to sign her over because of landlord issues.
Because of Miss Ruby’s size, the shelter is taking extra precautions assessing her:
