Cherokee County Sells 22 Acres Deemed of ‘No Use’

Cherokee County is selling 22.3 acres that officials say is of no use to the county to the owner of a nearby property.

On May 6, the Cherokee County Board of Commissioners unanimously approved a real estate sales agreement to sell a 22.3-acre county-owned parcel on Blalock Road near Holly Springs for $290,000.
