A Mableton man was arrested and charged with attempting to kidnap a child at a school bus stop in Austell last week, police report.
Seron Kennedy, 39, is accused of attempting to snatch a 12-year-old girl as she waited at her bus stop on Riverside Parkway the morning of May 5.
