Authorities have charged a third man in the July slaying of a teenager outside a south Augusta wing shop.
Members of the U.S. Marshals Joint Task Force apprehended 18-year-old Kieran Darnell Walters in Gwinnett County on Thursday morning, Richmond County Sheriff’s Office Chief of Staff Lewis Blanchard said in a released statement.
