Former Clayton County sheriff plans to announce run for Congress

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The controversial former Clayton County sheriff said he’s planning to formally announce this week his decision to run for Congress.

Victor Hill shared the news on Monday in a social media post, saying to tune in Tuesday night for his official campaign announcement.
