Trio Accused of Trafficking Over 4 Pounds of Meth in Smyrna

Haley Noelle Mitchell, 52, of Cleveland; John David Moses, 41, of Gainesville; and Craig Myers, 48, of Clermont, are accused of trafficking 2,013.95 grams, or 4.44 pounds, of methamphetamine in a box found on the back passenger side floorboard during a search of a black Infiniti FX35 on June 3 at 1:30 p.m. at the intersection of Atlanta Road and Belmont Circle in Smyrna, according to arrest warrants from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.

Mitchell is also accused of failing to stop at a stop sign and possessing a tinted tag cover that obstructed the view of the license plate, according to her warrant.

Mitchell is charged with driving – failure to stop at a stop sign; driving – display of a license plate; and trafficking methamphetamine. Moses and Myers are charged with trafficking methamphetamine. The trio were arrested on June 3 at 2 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
