LAWRENCEVILLE, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – Civil rights advocates are urging Georgia’s attorney general to revisit a 2023 case involving a Gwinnett County woman who was shot after knocking on her neighbor’s door.

Jalyne Evans-Jones said she was shot by her new neighbors after she asked them to turn down their music.
