DECATUR, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — With the start of the school year just days away, dozens of families lined up on Tuesday morning in DeKalb County for free shoes.
The second annual “Shoesday” giveaway was held at Sole Play in Decatur. The first 200 families received $100 gift cards to purchase new sneakers.
