CUMMING, Ga. — Northside Hospital has broken ground on a new medical office building and two parking decks at its Forsyth campus, marking the latest step in the hospital’s ongoing growth across the region.

What’s coming to the Forsyth campus
The new building will be Northside’s sixth medical office on the campus and will span more than 120,000 square feet. It will include:
- Offices for multiple medical specialties
- An ambulatory surgery center
- An advanced imaging center
- Community amenities and parking deck access
“It’s over 120,000 square feet, which just incidentally is bigger than the original hospital was,” Jackson said. “It just shows the growth that we’ve had.”
Construction is scheduled to finish in late fall 2026. The hospital expects the building’s shell and core to be completed by summer 2026, followed by interior build-out…
