GEORGIA — A man and woman were arrested for allegedly selling a stolen vehicle in Marietta, authorities say.
Columbus Police report that Ashley Herring and David Parr were connected to the theft of a 1973 Nissan Datsun 240SX, stolen from a residence near 17th Avenue in Columbus on July 23. The car belonged to the victim’s late father.
Herring was first arrested on July 24. Police say a search of her phone revealed that she and Parr sold the vehicle in Marietta using a forged Bill of Sale and the identity of Herring’s deceased mother. The stolen car was recovered on August 4…
