A Paulding County man has been found guilty of physically assaulting a woman in a Woodstock hotel.
Girbauderek Samuel Nichols, 33, of Dallas, Ga., was found guilty and convicted by a Cherokee County jury on Aug. 20 of seven charges including criminal attempt of kidnapping, battery, family violence aggravated assault, simple battery, family violence battery, aggravated assault and terroristic threats, the Cherokee County District Attorney’s Office announced.
He will be sentenced at a later date…
