Woman arrested in Gwinnett for trafficking second-biggest fentanyl haul ever in Georgia, tied to Mexican cartel: prosecutors

GWINNETT COUNTY, Ga. — A 34-year-old woman was arrested and charged with trafficking drugs for a violent Mexican drug cartel in Gwinnett County, according to warrants.

Authorities said that when they arrested Celia Lara Rios, they found the second-largest amount of fentanyl that they have ever seen in Georgia.
