ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) – A farm worker has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading guilty to raping a 13-year-old girl, according to the Gwinnett County district attorney.
The district attorney said Sergio Palomares-Guzman, 36, raped the girl at a party in June 2023. The girl was in a barn on the property when Palomares-Guzman lured her to a camper and sexually assaulted her.
