Police: Intoxicated man made false bomb threat at Johnnie MacCracken’s

James E. Lusk, 29, of Marietta, is accused of calling in a fake bomb threat because he was intoxicated and angry at Johnnie MacCracken’s Celtic Firehouse Pub in Marietta, at 11:40 p.m. Sept. 26, according to an arrest warrant from the Marietta Police Department.

Lusk is also accused of grabbing a woman by the upper arm while at the bar, which caused the victim to be in pain during the incident, according to the warrant.

Lusk is charged with simple battery harm; false public alarm; and false report of crime. He was arrested on Sept. 29 at 5:36 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
