Deliveries are set to reach new heights in a city in the metro Atlanta area.
The Woodstock city council approved a permit from the drone company “Wing” to make Walmart deliveries to customers.
“According to them, each drone weighs about 11 lbs and can carry just under 2.5 lbs of goods,” City Spokeswoman Stacy Brown said. “It can go up to a 6 mile one-way range from the launch site at Highway 92.”…
