Walter Samuel Nunez Duarte, 40, of Austell, is accused of molesting a girl under the age of 16 and threatening to kill her mother if she didn’t do what he told her on Oct. 7 at 2 p.m. at a Mableton residence, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Duarte is charged with two counts of aggravated child molestation; and two counts of child molestation felony. He was arrested on Nov. 13 at 8:09 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
